At OSC’s Preschool, children benefit from a developmentally appropriate learning space with hands-on activities, skill-building centers, and diverse, content-rich STEM experiences. Using the whole child approach and incorporating project-based learning and inquiry methods, children learn to apply subject matter to real-world problems relevant to their age and community. Preschoolers also benefit from regular access to the Science Center’s exhibits, allowing them to explore related content firsthand and make meaningful connections between classroom learning and the concepts showcased in the exhibits.
