Camp Invention
Camp Invention brings the world of STEM to life! Participants will make new interpersonal connections while building hands-on inventions to take home. This national camp has three locations around the Orlando area that are led by local educators. During the camps, children will build an aquatic habitat, learn about space exploration, create artistic pieces, and build a marble arcade.

Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens

Let your nature lover go wild this summer at Central Florida Zoo! Campers will get up close and personal with animals of all kinds while learning about habitats, tracking, animal diets, research, being a zookeeper and so much more. Sessions are divided into age groups with each group learning age-appropriate content. All campers should plan to bring two snacks and a lunch with all items labeled for easy return.

Elite Animation Academy

Do you have a budding artist that dreams of a career in animation? Join an in-person summer camp at Elite Animation Academy. The instructors have worked for major movie studios like Marvel and Walt Disney Feature Animation. Students learn how to create images in 2D and 3D for films, commercials, video games, and more. From Full Sail University comes Full Sail Labs. Full Sail Labs pours knowledge and creativity into children allowing them the opportunity to be creators of technological content not just consumers. Make a whale sized splash during one of SeaWorld’s camps. Each age category will participate in age appropriate activities with peers on their same level. Leu Gardens

Leu Gardens has so much to offer our children every day of the year, but this summer the Gardens will host several themed camps. Super Awesome Cool Pottery Camp explores the gardens through pottery. Children will learn to sculpt, paint and spin clay. Attendees are to bring their own lunch, two snacks, water, labeled water bottle, hat, and sunscreen.

Who knew history could be so enjoyable?! The Orange County Regional History Center strives to collide history and fun learning during their summer camp program. Campers will discover history while engaging in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) activities. Camp begins May 31 and ends August 5. Garden Theatre

Striving to enrich the lives of all who attend through theatre, Garden Theatre is offering educational camps every week throughout the summer. Camps are divided into grades 1-2, 3-6, 7-12, and 9-12 and focus on a different skill every week.

Set the stage in a community theater with Magic Curtain Productions. This summer camp doesn’t just focus on acting, singing, and dancing though. Do you have a budding artist in grades 1 -12? They may enjoy attending Orlando Museum of Art’s summer camp. Camp classes are designed to meet each age level where they are. The younger students will learn a broad range of art-making experiences while the older students learn to strengthen their skillset. Full day and half day options are available. Calling all performers! Dr. Phillips Center is offering a plethora of camps this summer for ages as young as six to young adults in college. Join the professionals for insider knowledge on auditions, acting, singing, dancing and even comedy! All attendees are encouraged to pack a lunch for the 1-hour lunch break on campus. Beginning July 8, participants will learn how to sing, act and dance to Broadway hits new and old. Camp is from 9:00-3:00 with a showcase on July 12.
The Mouse is in the house! Young performers will enjoy singing, acting and speaking famous moments throughout Disney history. The magic begins July 15 with the final showcase on July 19. Camp is from 9:00-3:00.
This class will explore the valuable lessons of individuality, friendship, kindness and confidence through such popular Universal DreamWorks films as Trolls, Madagascar, Despicable Me, and Shrek. The fun begins July 22 with the final showcase on July 26. Camp is from 9:00-3:00.

This popular camp session was designed by professionals in the show business and focuses on helping participants become a triple threat with singing, dancing and acting. Classes run June 10-14 from 9:00-4:00. Tuition is $465 until April 22 when it becomes $495.
Have a comedian in your life? Sign them up for this 5-day session to hone their skills in stand-up, improvisation and monologue. Camp runs July 8 – 12 from 9:00-4:00.

Youth Theater Production Summer Intensive: Mean Girls High School Version
This is your child’s chance to show The City Beautiful what they are made of! After registration, participants must submit a video for audition to be included in this Broadway musical comedy. Callbacks will commit to 2 weeks of rehearsal for the live performances in Steinmetz Hall on June 29 and 30. Tuition is $625 before Aprill 22 and $655 after. Rehearsal/Camp is June 17 – 28.
Orlando Family Stage

Your top chef will be reading, measuring and practicing science while creating edible goodies at one of the top five cooking schools in the country (per Food Network). Learn the aspects of many different sports during the City of Maitland’s All Sports Summer Camp. Each week will focus on a sport and the camaraderie built during sports activities. Some of the sports at bat are kickball, basketball, flag football, dodgeball and soccer. Families have the option to choose every sport or just the ones of interest.

Kids can gain a variety of experiences during City of Ocoee’s versatile summer camp. There will be 5 sessions with each session having a unique theme. Themes include safari, luau, colors, friendship, sports and pajamas. Aside from daily free play, group play, quiet play and swim sessions, campers will have the opportunity to take field trips throughout the summer. Some planned trips include Crayola Experience, WonderWorks, Curbside Circus, Fun Spot and the list goes on! Field trips do incur an extra fee.

Join the Apopka Parks and Recreation Team this Summer for Camp! Beginning June 3 and running through July 26, the Apopka Parks and Recreation team will be hosting weekly Summer Camp sessions at the Billie Dean Community Center for children between the ages of 6 and 12. Camp will run from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. These 8 weekly sessions will feature trips to local parks, arts & crafts, and a lot of other fun activities.

Altamonte Springs Recreation offers a supervised ten-week summer camp. The program is for children ages 6 to 12. Activities include sports, games, field trips, movies, swimming, and special guests. The program is limited to Altamonte Springs residents. Proof of residency is required. Camp runs from May 28 to August 2. Camp hours are 9am to 4pm. They offer early drop off at 7am and a late pickup time of 6pm at no extra charge.

The City of Winter Park offers Summer Fun Camp (entering grades 1-5) and Middle School Camp (entering grades 6-8), May 28 through August 9. There will be no camp on Wednesday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday and Thursday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.

Designed for children in first through sixth grade, Camp Sunshine offers a fun-filled program that promotes social, communication, and physical skills development while fostering a positive and supportive environment. This 10 week summer camp runs from May 28 to August 2, from 7:30am – 5:30pm.
Each week at Camp Sunshine brings a new and exciting theme, ensuring that campers enjoy diverse activities. Themes include space exploration, sports mania, superhero adventures, scientific discoveries, and much more! Additionally, every week features two thrilling field trips and one refreshing water day. Some of the highlighted trips include visits to Gatorland, Aloma Bowl, Daytona Lagoon, and other exciting destinations.
