The Burrow Play and Cafe
Before you visit, here are four things to keep in mind:
Membership or Day Pass
The Burrow operates on a membership or day pass system. A membership might be a better value if you plan to visit regularly – but they will be limited. For occasional visits, the day pass gives you access to all the fun without a long-term commitment.
There is one main play area that is geared mostly to ages 2-6, but for now all are welcome. It is a very imaginative place for creative play. A separate section offers space for crafts, and soon classes and workshops will be offered.
Day passes are currently priced at $15 per child for two hours of free play. Memberships will be around $50 for 1 child. Keep an eye out for detailed information soon.
Reservations will be required to ensure a safe amount of children in the play area.
Important note: An attendant is on staff for the play area. However, parents / guardians / caregivers will still need to keep an eye on their child. A sitting area that is ideal for parents to chat and catch up or do some work overlooks the play area, but parents should be watchful and attentive to their kids while utilizing the play area.
Shoes Off, Socks On
For hygiene and safety, kids must remove their shoes in the play area. Adults also need to remove their shoes but are required to wear socks, or you can put shoe covers provided by The Burrow. Don’t forget to pack an extra pair of socks just in case!
Snacks Stay in the Dining Area
While The Burrow offers drinks and snacks for purchase, all food and beverages must stay in the designated dining area. This policy helps keep the play space clean and safe for kids.
There is a coffee counter just inside the entrance, and then a beautiful curved bar around the bend. Cocktails and other adult beverages will be available for purchase besides the marvelous coffee creations.
Limited Parking
Parking at The Burrow is limited, so give yourself time to secure a spot. Pay close attention to parking signs to avoid towing zones or other restrictions. The parking lot immediately next to The Burrow is available for customers, but it also services two other businesses and can become full.
It is free to park at The Burrow.
