Fireworks at the Fountain

This year marks the 49th Annual Fireworks at the Fountain celebration in downtown Orlando at our city’s iconic Lake Eola Park. The fun kicks off at 4 p.m. with live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and food/drinks available for purchase from on-site vendors. You’re allowed to bring picnic blankets, chairs, and a cooler filled with your favorite snacks and nonalcoholic drinks to enjoy.

The epic fireworks display will begin at 9:10 p.m. The finale will include a dazzling display set to a patriotic performance from the Orlando Concert Band.

Youth Programs at High Pointe Climbing

  • Dates: Seasonal Clubs and Year-round Teams

Climbing Clubs are designed for children 7-18 years old who are interested in climbing, moving, and having fun with a group of their peers! Instructors alternate between climbing, games, and mini-lessons aimed at helping our athletes enjoy climbing and become comfortable in the gym environment. Meanwhile The Development Team and Competitive Team take things a bit further for youth seeking to advance their climbing skills and compete for USAC qualification events.

Free Day & Story Time

Check out Storytime at the Orlando Executive Airport for stories and songs to encourage your child to read, talk, sing, and play! Recommended for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Storytime is at 10:30 a.m. on the first Tuesday of every month and lasts approx. 30 minutes. It is held in the conference room at the “Orlando Executive Airport Administration Offices” building. Library staff will be present to help guide the way.

Family Fun Night

Starting Tuesday, March 3rd, Semoran Skateway will have Family Fun Night w/ waffles, ice cream, and skating! Skating tickets sold separately. $1 from each sale will be donated to Haley Center for Children’s Cancer at Arnold Palmer Hospital.

Sensory-Friendly Time at Build-A-Bear Workshop

Every Tuesday for the First Hour of the Day at ALL locations, Build-A-Bear Workshop hosts a Sensory-Friendly Event! Sensory-Friendly time is designed to provide a less-stimulating Workshop experience that’s still fun-filled and unforgettable. Bear Builders are also there to make sure each guest goes through the Build-A-Bear experience in a way that’s comfortable for them.

Wednesday Kids Art Club

Led by licensed educator Lenore Eastham, Kids Club is a weekly art program designed to inspire creativity and build confidence in young artists. Participants will learn the elements of art—color, line, shape, form, texture, and space—as well as the principles of design, such as balance, unity, variety, and movement. Choose your craft ahead of time and everything will be setup for you when you arrive. An instruction manual will be provided for your chosen craft. This is a time to spend some fun bonding with your little one with a private crafting session.

Access for All

  • Dates: Third Thursday of Every Month, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Location: Orlando Museum of Art, 2416 N. Mills Ave. Orlando, FL 32803
  • Cost: FREE admission

Enjoy free admission to the Orlando Museum of Art during Access for All, a monthly free day dedicated to the community featuring extended hours, special programs, and opportunities to connect with art. Guests can take part in drop-in sketching with provided materials and join a docent-led Highlights Tour at 7:00pm. By removing financial barriers, this program ensures that more people can experience the joy and inspiration of art in Orlando. Also, every third Thursday, you can ride SunRail to OMA for FREE. As part of the partnership, SunRail riders can present their ticket at the museum’s Visitor Information desk to receive a pass to ride SunRail for FREE to the next Access for All event. Museum guests must show their free ride pass to the SunRail conductor to receive a complimentary fare to and from the AdventHealth Station, which is a five-minute walk from the museum. The pass will only be valid for specified dates.

Fairy Doors at Leu Gardens

Step into a world of enchantment with Fairy Doors, a delightful exhibit featuring twenty one-of-a-kind, magical doors tucked away throughout the gardens. Each fairy door is crafted by a different fairy and invites young dreamers (and the young at heart) into a realm of secret gardens, whispering woods, and sparkling imagination. A special map will guide your journey, complete with charming tales of the fairies who created each door, adding a touch of storybook magic to your adventure.
