Disney Cruise Line Summer 2027 Itineraries Are Full of Family-Friendly Magic

Disney Cruise Line announcements always get my attention. After sailing on more than 10 Disney cruises (over the past 20 years), these ships are one of my favorite vacations in Central Florida.

One of the things I love most? Those Florida resident rates that pop up from time to time. If you’re flexible and willing to watch for deals, you can sometimes score surprisingly good pricing on what feels like a luxury-level vacation.

And to make another Disney Cruise vacation even more enticing, new itineraries for 2027 were just announced!

Disney Wish Sets Sail for Europe

This one feels especially big.

The Disney Wish will make its European debut in summer 2027 with three- to 10-night itineraries visiting destinations like Zadar, Croatia; Trieste near Venice, Italy; and Hellesylt in Norway.

For families who have been dreaming about Europe but want that signature Disney experience layered in, this is such an exciting option.

I have a very soft spot for the Disney Wish personally. I was lucky enough to sail as media on the christening cruise, and it remains one of the most stunning ships I’ve ever experienced.

I’m also very glad we squeezed in a last-minute sailing from Port Canaveral this year. With the Wish heading to Europe for the first time (and marking its fifth year in service), it feels like the end of an era for those easy Florida departures, at least for a while.

Alaska: Majestic Scenery and Family Fun

Returning to Alaska, the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder will offer seven-night voyages from Vancouver. These cruises showcase dramatic glaciers, wildlife watching opportunities, and relaxed days at sea — all with the signature attention to detail Disney is known for.

Caribbean and Bahamas: Classic Warm-Weather Getaways

Families looking for tropical sunshine have multiple options out of Port Canaveral and Fort Lauderdale.

• The Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy will sail short three-, four- and five-night trips to The Bahamas and Caribbean ports.
• Longer itineraries, including a 10-night Southern Caribbean sailing on the Disney Fantasy, provide deeper exploration.
• The Disney Treasure will continue its seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises.
• The Disney Destiny will also offer a range of three- to seven-night Bahamas and Caribbean options from Fort Lauderdale.

Southeast Asia: Disney Adventure All-At-Sea

In Asia, the Disney Adventure continues its debut in Singapore with three- and four-night all-at-sea sailings. It’s a great way for families in this region to experience the awe of a Disney Cruise vacation.

Themed Sailings

Returning in 2027 are fan-favorite themed days at sea: Marvel Day at Sea and Pixar Day at Sea on select sailings. These special experiences feature unique entertainment, activities and character moments inspired by beloved stories.

Disney Cruise Line’s early booking window for Castaway Club members begins on Monday, Feb. 16, and bookings will open to the public on Monday, Feb. 23.
