It’s fall, y’all! Even if it doesn’t quite feel like it outside, our favorite fall festivals in Orlando will help put you into the spirit of the season.  

Get ready to inhale as much pumpkin spice as you can get your hands on! We’ve got something for everyone including trick or treating, fun on the farm, fall themed movies, and Insta-worthy photo opportunities to capture those fall family photos!

Gather the entire family for a fun, family-friendly Halloween adventure throughout Orlando’s Leu Gardens featuring exciting immersive worlds, live characters, food and trick-or-treating. 

Guests will meet a dancing bridge-troll, walk through a garden of sunflowers, explore a neon-light maze, climb up a giant hay-pyramid, celebrate Dia de Muertos and so much more – all while visiting nine trick-or-treat stations along the way.

Happy Frights is great for younger kids, and if you’re looking for Haunted Houses That Are Okay for Kids then consider the Haunting Nights version of the event.

Lukas Fall Festival

One of our favorite things to do with toddlers in Orlando is to visit Lukas Nursery for the butterfly encounter. And their annual fall festival is not to be missed!

  • Where: Lukas Nursery Oviedo
  • Cost: $10 for hayride only – $20 for all activities wristband

Fall Festival at The Ranch

Head to St. Cloud for games, music, crafts, rides, food and more!

Brew and Boo Costume and Pumpkin Contest

Little Wekiva Brewery is near Winter Springs, Apopka, and Altamonte Springs. This month’s market of curated creatives and craft beer includes a costume contest with prizes for most creative, and a pumpkin carving contest!

This is one of the many cool Halloween date ideas in Orlando.

The Night Market with Zombietoberfest

APGD’s annual fall event!

DJ, outdoor craft market, craft beer gardens, free costume contest for humans, a free Great Pumpkin Costume Contest for pups, free outdoor movie and more.

Hotel Transylvania 2 Kids Halloween Party

Enzian Kid’s Halloween Party. There’s fun for all ages at Enzian’s family-friendly Halloween celebration! Put on your costumes and join us for a delicious lunch buffet, spooktacular activities, and screening of Hotel Transylvania 2!

Fall Carnival

Come out for our biggest event of the year! Bring the kids out for carnival games, cotton candy, ping pong ball goldfish and much more!
There is no cost (unless you do the coin toss for prizes). Who’s Cookin’ food truck will be here also so come hungry!

Vegan Halloween Bash

FREE event where all can join us to celebrate spooky season with tons of food, drinks, games and prizes.

Come out for an afternoon full of FUN! with FREE Trick or Treating at the event. Costume Contest, Live Music, Pumpkin Carving Contest, Local Vendors and all your Fall Favorites.

This is a FREE event that is family friendly and completely vegan.

There is a lot to do at Amber Brooke Farms. The sunflower picking is $2 a flower or buy a mason jar for $15 and fill it up as much as you want.

There is not much shade so be sure to wear sunscreen and comfortable clothing. Adorable photo opportunities are everywhere, including a decorated farm pick-up truck.

This is one of our favorite Orlando pumpkin patches due to the amount of shade, plus all the activities that are already included in the admission. The tractor hayride takes you through the Christmas tree forest.

Spend a few extra dollars to get a bag of feed so you can feed the goats and donkeys. How fun is it to pair a pumpkin patch with feeding farm animals?

Getting a 10am arrival timeslot will help you avoid crowds.

The theme of this year’s 6.5-acre corn maze is outer space themed.
Other event highlights include a cafe, market, food vendors and fun activities for the kiddos if you’re bringing the whole family.

Couples will love the special nighttime maze events on October 15th, October 22nd, October 29th and November 12th. Night Mazes from 6pm until 10pm.

Trick or Treating in Orlando

Spooknona Graveyard Smash 

Saturday, October 28, 5pm – 10pm

Tricks, treats and festive beats! Grab your creepiest costume and join us for a night of ghoulish good times at Lake Nona’s annual Spooknona Graveyard Smash. Monsters and mummies of all ages are welcome to trick-or-treat around Lake Nona Town Center.

If candy is not your sweet of choice, take your pick from a menu of hauntingly good Halloween treats, like candy corn cupcakes, chocolate mummy cookies and Halloween ice-cream sundaes, sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

After you’ve visited each of our interactive trick-or-treat stops, dance the night away with DJ KD Queen or take your costume to the next level with the help of our face painters and airbrush tattoo artist.

Movie Night

Bring a blanket, chair, and some snacks and snuggle up for a spooktacular movie night with friends and family on the East Lawn at Lake Eola Park. A fall movie for 2023 has not been announced just yet – stay tuned!
